Website Overview: To start, I went through their current site content, their analytics (google), their social media, and their site structure.
Brand Refresh: In addition to upgrading their site to fit the right audience, I refreshed their brand a bit to fit their correct audience as well.
Prototype: The prototype of their new site was created in Figma and tested by the team at Theratec as well as a few collegues in my circle.
Build: The build was done in Webflow.
Their old site was riddled with physical therapy stock images, odd kidney bean graphics with movement that served no user purpose, and the color was a muted-dull purple. Theratec is a tech company that created a sensor that measures physical therapy performance for at-home PT patients. This aids Physical Therapists in their client relations to improve patient compliance. By simply understanding the stark difference in their target audience, the new brand and site targeted clinicians, not patients.
Theratec reported a spike of 15% in conversion and were relived to find the people reaching out were clinicians looking to improve patient care, and not confused patients looking for physical therapy.
