On-boarding QuestionnaireWhen you provide a print request, it's important to include the specs for the project prior to designing. If you're unsure of the specs, be sure to ask your printer the following questions:
If you are unsure, feel free to give your printer my email address to clarify specs. Be sure they include your company name, the title of the project as it's listed in Trello, and the specs they require.

Questions about your subscription?
Your subscription service starts next day, Monday through Friday. You begin your subscription by filling out the on-boarding questionnaire located here, in your portal.
To submit a design request, head over to Trello by following the button on the right >>
For print projects, be sure to include whether or not you need printing marks (crop & bleed), the size of the document, and any templates provided by your printer.
For other projects, provide the file size minimum and maximum, if required of the media type.
Communication regarding each project is all housed in Trello. Each project gets assigned it's own card when you create the request, and every step from ideation to approval will be house in the same spot.
I can't move forward with another project until a design request has been completed. Your queue doesn't move until a request has been completed. Your feedback or approval doesn't have a specific timeline, but keep in mind nothing moves without your approval.
Unlimited revisions.
We will keep working on a design request until it's perfect. Keep in mind, depending on your subscription level, you get 1 - 2 design requests as a time.
Follow the link to the right "Subscription Management" and follow the prompts to pause your subscription.
While I am a person who loves my work, occasionally it's nice to take a brain break. I let all my subscribers know a minimum of two weeks prior to me taking any time off; that way if you have a time-sensitive project, it can be moved to the top of the queue and be completed. I then pause all subscriptions until I return.
For typical requests, such as trade show materials, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and landing pages - typically 1 - 2 days, Monday - Friday. For complex requests, such as motion graphics, logos, and 3D modeling - a new timeline will be established based on the demands of the request.
